The short version
We only collect what you send us to get a price and do the job. We use it to contact you and quote the work. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone who is not helping us serve you.
What we collect
When you call, text, or fill out the quote form, we may receive your name, phone number, the town you are in, a description of the job, and any photos you choose to send. That is it. We do not ask for payment details on this website, and there is no account to create.
The photos you send
Photos of the job go straight to Tyler so we can size it up and give you a price. We keep them only as long as we need them for your estimate and the work. If we would like to use a job photo to show our work, we treat that separately: see the note about job photos in our Terms of Service, and just tell us if you would rather we did not.
How we use your information

We do not use it for anything else, and we do not send marketing spam.
Who we share it with
Nobody, apart from the everyday tools we use to run the business, like our phone carrier and email provider, which handle your message so it reaches us. We do not sell or rent your information, ever.
Cookies and tracking
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site, things like which pages get visited and roughly where visitors come from. It uses cookies and reports to Google in aggregate; it does not give us your name or contact details. You can block it with any common ad or tracker blocker and the site works fine without it.
We also keep a simple count of how many times each page is viewed and each button is tapped. That count uses no cookies and stores nothing about you, not your name, your address, or your device. It only tells us which pages and buttons get used.
We also use a small bit of your browser's local storage to remember you have already seen the opening animation so it does not replay. That stays on your device and does not identify you.
How long we keep it
We hold onto your details and photos for as long as it takes to finish the job and handle anything that comes up afterward, then we clear out what we no longer need.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Just reach out and we will take care of it.
