The short version
We give free estimates, confirm the price before we start, and clean up behind ourselves. These terms lay out what to expect when you hire Muskogee Strong Property Services.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates are free and come with no obligation. Whenever we can, the price we quote is the price you pay. If the job turns out to be bigger than what was described, or we find something we could not see in a photo, we will talk it over with you and agree on a price before we keep going. No surprise charges.
Scheduling and cancellations
We offer same-day and next-day slots for most jobs, weather and schedule permitting. If you need to reschedule or cancel, just let us know as early as you can so we can give the slot to someone else.
What we haul, and what we do not
We handle junk, debris, furniture, appliances, brush, and the light property work described on this site. For everyone's safety, we do not take hazardous materials such as chemicals, solvents, wet paint, asbestos, medical waste, or anything similar. If you are not sure about an item, ask us and we will let you know.
Your property and access
Please make sure we can get to the work area, and point out anything you want left alone before we begin. If items are mixed together, tell us what stays and what goes so nothing you want to keep leaves with the load.
Our work
We treat your property with care and clean up the area when we are done. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for wear that comes with normal, careful removal, but if we cause a problem, tell us and we will make it right.
Job photos
We sometimes photograph our work to show what we do. We will not include anything that identifies you or your address without asking, and if you would rather we did not photograph your job at all, just say so.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page with the date it was last updated.
